300 NEW DISCIPLESHIP BOOKS PRINTED IN BURUNDI

A New Milestone for Biblical Discipleship in Burundi

Equipping The Saints International Ministries (ETSIM) and Books and Bibles, under the leadership of Pastor James and Dolly O'Connor, are delighted to announce the printing of 300 copies of The Foundations of Our Christian Faith in Burundi.

This printing consists of:

200 copies in Kirundi

50 copies in French

50 copies in English

This accomplishment represents much more than the printing of books. It is another significant step in equipping God's servants with sound biblical teaching and strengthening Christ's Church throughout Burundi.

A Gift to the Church

One of the most encouraging aspects of this project is that none of these books will be sold.

Every copy has been made possible through the generosity of Equipping the Saints International Ministries, Books and Bibles our leaders and other

faithful supporters who believe that biblical resources should be available to pastors regardless of their financial circumstances.

These books will be freely distributed to pastors, church leaders, evangelists, and ministry workers who are committed to faithfully teaching God's Word.

As Paul instructed Timothy: the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also in 2 Timothy 2:2, our desire is to place these resources into the hands of faithful servants who will, in turn, equip many others.

The Impact of This Study

Over the years, The Foundations of Our Christian Faith has become one of ETSIM's most valuable discipleship resources.

Pastors who have completed the study have testified that it strengthened their understanding of Scripture and gave them greater confidence in preaching the Gospel.

Church leaders have shared that it has become an excellent curriculum for discipleship classes, leadership training, and Bible study groups.

Many believers have said the lessons helped them understand important biblical doctrines that had previously been difficult to grasp.

One pastor described it as: "A practical tool that has transformed the way we disciple believers in our church."

Another shared: "Every lesson points us back to the authority of God's Word and the glory of Christ."

These testimonies encourage us to continue expanding this ministry throughout Africa.

August Pastors' Conferences

The newly printed books will immediately be put into use.

Throughout August, ETSIM plans to conduct several Pastors' Conferences in Burundi.

These conferences will gather pastors, elders, evangelists, and church leaders for:

Biblical teaching

Leadership development

Fellowship

Prayer

Ministry encouragement

Distribution of The Foundations of Our Christian Faith

Every participant will receive a complimentary copy of the book.

Our prayer is not simply to distribute literature but to strengthen shepherds who faithfully care for Christ's flock.

Healthy churches begin with biblically grounded leaders.

As soon as the books arrived from the printer, preparations began for organizing and distributing them to churches across Burundi.

Every book represents another opportunity for biblical truth to be taught faithfully.

Every pastor equipped represents another congregation strengthened.

Every congregation strengthened represents another community reached with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Looking Toward the Future

Our vision extends far beyond this printing.

ETSIM remains committed to producing faithful biblical resources, training church leaders, translating sound Christian literature, and strengthening local churches throughout Africa.

We continue praying that God will open doors for additional writings and translations, future printings, and expanded pastors' conferences in Burundi and neighboring countries.

We are even praying for a Bible school built and established in Gitega which is the central province of Burundi. Having it in Gitega will allow pastors all over the country to have access to biblical studies as a way of being prepared and strengthened for ministry.
